V2 Retail : BSE: 532867 | NSE: V2RETAIL

V2 Retail has a bit of a history. The company's performance has picked up after TPG Capital and Shriram group picked up majority stake in the company. The company's stock was trading at Rs. 6.35 a share on 31st Jan 2014. It went up to 78 sometime in August 2015 but now trading at about Rs. 51/a share. V2 retail has about 21 stores operational right now and is primarily focused on tier 2,3,4 towns in the organized retail space. The company is fairly priced at Rs. 128 crores in market cap. Asset Value is around 289 crores. The best thing is low debt and the company is making an increased effort to lower the debt. I think it will be fairly easier for the company to increase the number of stores. After plenty of years, the company has established profitability. This company only looks to grow from here. I would prefer to keep this company in my kitty with a horizon of at least 2 years.
